Cynthia Tan ’26

Cynthia is a senior studying Public Policy with a minor in Information Science. She is interested in how law and technology shape global security, and she spent this past summer as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Oxford researching transnational cybercrime networks. On campus, she is a Junior Fellow at the Cornell Tech Policy Institute, VP of New Member Education of Phi Alpha Delta (pre-law fraternity), and a Resident Advisor.
