Paul Kurgan ’27

I am a junior at Cornell University, majoring in Government and Philosophy, and will spend the upcoming academic year abroad at Oxford University studying Politics. My academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of politics, law, and technology, with a particular focus on defense and national security in the Indo-Pacific region.
